It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rosalie Jane Racacho in Manteca, California, who passed away on February 28, 2026, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Mike Elias and Nora Elias; her husband Donald Racacho; and her sons, Donald Racacho Jr. and Anthony Racacho.
She is survived by: her children, James Racacho (Carol) of Manteca and Cynthia Racacho-Perez (Fermin) of Manteca; her grandchildren, Joshua Blackwood, Jennifer Carrillo, Madeline Racacho, Jaymee Lamson, Joseph Perez, Andrew Perez, Kaitlin Racacho and Kelsey Racacho; and her siblings, Frank Elias, Mike Elias Jr. and Helen Acuna. She is also survived by great-grandchildren.
A memorial service was held on Wednesday, March 4th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the P. L. Fry & Son Funeral Home (290 N Union Rd, Manteca, CA 95337). A graveside service was held on Wednesday, March 4th 2026 at 2:30 PM at the Park View Cemetery (3661 E French Camp Rd, Manteca, CA 95336).
