He is survived by: his siblings, Dennis Reeves and Carl Reeves; his children, Randy Betlan, Larry Reeves (Susan) of Willard, UT, Brian Betlan (Kathy) of Escalon, CA, Carl Betlan of Sacramento, CA, Shawn Betlan (Kristy) of Prescott Valley, AZ, Debra Reeves-Gutierrez (Rick) of Sacramento, CA, LeAnne Reeves of Waimanalo, HI and Jonna Hernandez of Manteca, CA.; his grandchildren, Claire Bailey (Curtis), Elliott Reeves (Bonnie) of Perry, UT, Michael Smith (Logan) of Evanston, WY, Mallory Lawvor (Derrick) of Portland, OR, Taylor Reeves (Jordan) of Greenville, SC, Krystal Hamon (Jeremiah) of Pine Grove, CA, Caroline DePaola (Neil) of Fair Oaks, CA, Gabriel Betlan of Prescott Valley, AZ, Alexandria Betlan of Prescott Valley, AZ, Tiffany Betlan and Karissa Betlan of Anchorage, AK.; and his great grandchildren, Sydnee, Ryan, Autumn, Broedy, Kennedy, Sophia, Kayleigh, Juliana, Emmett, Charlotte and Calvin.
