He was predeceased by: his parents, Sherman William Smith and Bertha Rena McMaster. He is survived by: his wife Gail Smith; his children, Katrina Goad (Richard) and Travis Smith (Janet); his grandchildren, Bobby Presley (Brenda), Derrick Smith (Monique), Chris Smith (Allison), Sarah Gibby (Mykol), Cheyanne Bumgardner (Chris), Shawna Burt (Aaron), Matthew Smith (JC), RJ Goad (Sam), Howie Goad and Trystin Smith; and his great grandchildren, Keira, Layna, Miles of Payton, SJ, Eli, Blake, Owen, Paisley, Levi, James and Axel. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
