He was predeceased by: his parents, Juan C. Champaco (Antonia Chargalauf Meno) and Mariano; his wife Beatrice Terlaje Champaco; his son William "Bill" Champaco; and his sisters, Daria (Albert) and Virginia "Ninang" (Frank).
He is survived by: his siblings, Jesus (Rose), Juan (Rita), Frank (Carmen) and Mae (John); his sons, Andrew (Marie) and Mariano; his grandchildren, Jasmine, Tiana, Tyler (Vanessa) and Taliyah; and his great grandchild Eliana. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 23rd 2026 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Mission Mortuary (430 Camino El Estero, Monterey, CA 93940). A prayer will be held on Friday, October 23rd 2026 at 2:30 PM at the same location. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 24th 2026 from 8:45 AM to 9:45 AM at the St. Jude's Catholic Church (303 Hillcrest Ave, Marina, CA 93933). A reception will be held on Saturday, October 24th 2026 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
