She was predeceased by : her parents, Frank K. McCarty and Mary E. Beekman McCarty Clark; her stepfather John N. Clark; her sisters, Alva Jean Kennedy and Charlotte Ann McCarty; and her sister-in-law Fran Clark.
She is survived by : her husband Gerald L. Jay; her children, Jerry Jay (Cheryl), Wendy Miller (Dan), Wesley Jay (Theresa) and Steven Jay; her siblings, Frank Clark, John Clark (Vicki) and Carolyn Loder (Dave); her grandchildren, Gillian Wildey (Stephen), Melanie Jay, Lauren Jay, James Paige, Sabra Jay and Jarrod Jay; and her great grandchildren, Adalynn Jay and Oskar Wildey. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
