He is survived by: his wife Patsy; his sister Yolanda Garcia of Yuba City; his niece Elizabeth Sandoval Romero; his nephew Hector Sandoval Jr.; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Margaret, Conchita and Alicia; and his stepson Richard Tapia. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren, 26 great grandchildren and several great great grandchildren.
