Kyle leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing him. Kyle’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around him. He is survived by: his children, Aubree and Landen; his parents, Gerald Long and Tammy Long; his siblings, Jaime (Jackie), Brandy (Stefan), Taylor (Kira), Ricky (Holly) and Kayla; and his aunt Brenda Balchu. He is also survived by many nieces; nephews; and cousins.

In place of flowers, the family asks that a donation be made in his name to Truth Tabernacle or Habitat for Humanity.
