He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Charter and Eileen Charter; his siblings, Jim and Liz; his son Jed; and his granddaughter Erin.
He is survived by: his wife Patricia Charter; his children, Brad, Tom Jr. (Krystin), Sarah (Sam), Jeff (Sara), Wyatt and Crystal; and his siblings, Daniel, Perry and Laura. He is also survived by many nephews, nieces, and cousins.
A rosary will be held on Sunday, June 15th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the St. Bernadette's Hall, Our Lady of Lourdes, Colusa (745 Ware Ave, Colusa, CA 95932). A funeral service will be held on Monday, June 16th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Holy Cross Catholic Church (408 Laurel St, Arbuckle, CA 95912).
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests a donation to your local Little League, football programs, FFA, 4-H, and fire departments.
