He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Bumgarner; his siblings, Harry Dykstra and Debi Minick; and his nieces and nephews, Jennifer Burton, Kaitlyn Beekman, Matthews Minick and Arend Dykstra. He is also survived by his family, friends.
