We are sad to announce that on July 11, 2023, at the age of 84, Evelyn Welch of Menifee, California, born in Summerfield, Louisiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard Anderson and Australia Anderson (Hay); her sons, Ronnie Scott Welch and Marvin Allen Welch Jr.; and her sister Ruby Jean Ford.

She is survived by: her daughters, Evelyn Jordan (Walter) and Sandra Vallier (Francis); and her siblings, Artis, Morell, Clinton, Benton, James, Dexter Anderson, Letha Birch, Shirley of Washington and Teresa Hill. She is also survived by her eight grandchildren, and eleven great-grandchildren.
