She was predeceased by: her parents, Nemesio Gante Villanueva and Angela Obra Villanueva; and her siblings, Diosdado Villanueva and Emiliana Villanueva. She is survived by: her husband Lito; her children, Aurilee Gamboa, Gem Gamboa (Heidi) and Eric Gamboa (Anna); and her grandchildren, Franklin and Erianna. She is also survived by extended family members and friends.
Viewing was held on Sunday, September 27th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the El Camino Memorial - Sorrento Valley (5600 Carroll Canyon Rd, San Diego, CA 92121). A funeral Mass will be held on Monday, September 28th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Good Shepherd Catholic Church - Mira Mesa (8200 Gold Coast Dr, San Diego, CA 92126). A committal service will be held on Monday, September 28th 2026 at 11:30 AM at the El Camino Memorial Park (5600 Carroll Canyon Rd, San Diego, CA 92121).
