He is survived by: his wife Carole; his children, Julie Jouwstra and David; his daughter-in-law Karen Jouwstra; his grandchildren, Timothy, Isaac, Aaron, Susannah and Eliana Jouwstra; and his siblings, Peter Jouwstra (Sharlene), Janice Doornbos (George Zandt) and Glenda Beukelman (Roger).
