We are sad to announce that, on December 17, 2025, at the age of 73, James Q. Horn of Menifee, California passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though James may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those James touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Horn and Joy Horn. He is survived by: his daughter Amy Arline Horn; his wife Mary; his siblings, John and Jandre; and his nephews, Hartley, Tom and Nate.
