He is survived by: his children, Laura Marie Maher, Jacob Louis Maher and Jeremy Robert Maher; his grandchildren, Allisa Rose Chilton and Bradley James Chilton; his sister Maureen Maher; and the mother of his children Eva Marie Maher.
