He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Howes Allen and Margaret Hutchinson Allen. He is survived by: his wife Cheryl Decker Allen; his children, Jason (Mandy) and Rachel Tabutol (Warren); his grandchildren, Katie Allen, Brooke Allen, Reagan Allen, Maya Tabutol and Mark Tabutol; and his siblings, Stephen Allen and Rachel Tierney. He is also survived by nephews and niece.
