He was predeceased by: his parents, George Flannery and Ellen Flannery; and his siblings, Bobbi McLean, Pat Flannery, Sandi Williams and Jeff Flannery.
He is survived by: his brother Mark Flannery. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
At this time there are no planned services or memorial and in lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Wounded Warrior Project or the Arbor Tree Foundation in Peter's memory.
