He was predeceased by: his mothers, Marian Bennett and Bernice Bennett; his wife Sanguan Bennett; his sisters, Carol and Barbara Bennett; and his stepchildren, Anusorn Thoutawong, Achitapol Thoutawong and Marat Thoutawong.
He is survived by: his children, Timothy Bennett, Betty Bennett and Allana Bennett; and his stepchildren, Ratchada Tate, Anuroot Thoutawong and Sulapa Thoutawong. He is also survived by his 20 grandchildren and his 26 great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, September 24th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Stratford Evans Merced Funeral Home (1490 B St, Merced, CA 95341). A committal service will be held on Monday, September 28th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the San Joaquín Valley National Cemetery (32053 McCabe Rd, Santa Nella, CA 95322).
