He was predeceased by: his parents, Virginia Angel and Jose Macias; his siblings, Rosa Angel, Lupe Vega, Enrique Omar "Homer" Angel and Alejandro; and his granddaughter Vanessa Susana Macias.
He is survived by: his wife Peggy; his children, Charles Macias II (Denise), Vanessa Murillo (Alex), Stephen Jeremy Porter-Macias (Atilana), Craig Bledsoe and Jacob Macias-Lawson; his grandchildren, Victor Tiscareno, Carlos Macias III, Vincente "Vinnie" Gonzalez, Vivika Gonzalez, Jayden Porter-Macias, Isabella Porter-Macias, Sophia Porter-Macias, Alexii Grace Murillo and Tanner Lawson; and his great grandchildren, Sebastian Tiscareno and Amira Tiscareno. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and close friends.
