She is survived by: her children, Charlene (Jim) and Anthony; her grandchildren, Amber (Stephen), Michael Kevin (Kayla), Joshua (Bekah), Kimberly (Joshua) and Christopher; her great grandchildren, Corbin, Alexander, Lexi, Madison, Lucas, Natalie and Benjamin; her siblings, Paul (Koaki) and Judy (Rick); and her pet Mia Lacy. She is also survived by other family members, dear friends.
