He is survived by: his parents, Jesse Melendez and Ruby Melendez; his sister Michelle DeLeon (Jerry); his children, Jerry Jr., Andrew (Vanessa), Devin (Jeremy) and Haley (David); his sister Lisa Campos (Robert); his children, Jessica, Alisa (Ryan) and Robert; his aunts, Betty Garcia, Rosemary Kight (Wally), Mary Alice Hughes (Lee), Stefani Morris and Cathy Morris; and his uncle James Morris (Judy). He is also survived by 8 great nieces and nephews.
