She was predeceased by: her parents, Augustine Frago and Rose Frago; her husband Donald Ontis; and her siblings, Walt, Tommy Frago and Peggy Frago.
She is survived by: her daughters, Vanessa Nicholson (Kevin) and Marina Rees (Victor Gates); her grandchildren, Ava and Oliver Nicholson; and her siblings, Donald, Patrick Frago and Paula. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
