He is survived by: his wife Louise Minor (Lady); his children, Felicia Minor Vasquez and Philip Minor Jr.; his daughter-in-law Teresa Minor; his grandsons, Eric Vasquez (Rikki Lema Vasquez) and Travis Minor; and his siblings, Cornel (Virginia), Louis (Gloria), Blas (Rose), Vincent (Delia), Pete (Dora), Inez and Roman (Rita). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, family members, and friends.
A rosary will be held on Monday, October 12th 2026 at 10:30 AM at the St. Patrick's Parish (671 E Yosemite Ave, Merced, CA 95340). A Mass will be held on Monday, October 12th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
