With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Socorro Garza of Merced, California, who passed away on September 27, 2022 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her sons, Bernaldo and Joey Garza; and her granddaughter Hilda Hurtado. She is survived by: her husband Jose Garza; and her children, Evangelina Hurtado (Luis), Mary Gonzalez, Estela Ortega (David), Rudy Garza (Debbie), Ofelia Garcia (Jaoquin), Isabel Garza, Anna Garza and Josefina Martinez (Richard). She is also survived by 26 grandchildren, 39 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild.
