He was predeceased by: his parents, Andreas Hoffart and Agatha Gardner. He is survived by: his wife Sylvia; his daughters, Pamela Banks (Andy), Michele Jeffries III (Jay), Joslyn Strode (Scott) and Paula Pritts (David); his grandchildren, Nathan Banks, Alyssa Boisseranc (Kade), Sean Banks (Emily), Jay Jeffries IV, Hayley Matzek (Mychal), Eric Strode Bunkers (Taylor), Bradley Strode, Dylan Strode, Lauren Michelsen (Austin), Andrew and Colin Pritts; his great grandchildren, Raef, Brisa Boisseranc, Leo, Nikki Banks and Kynsley Matzek; his brothers, Ralph (Ann) and Bob (June); and his sisters-in-law, Janet and Rose.
As things became more difficult physically due to Parkinson's, Andy's favorite spot in the house was his recliner.
