He is survived by: his wife Jan; his sons, David and Adam; his daughters-in-law, Nicole and Rachel; his grandchildren, Jacob and Jordan; and his brothers, Rohn and Michael. He is also survived by brothers and sisters-in-law; many nieces and nephews; and countless dear friends.
