It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard Arthur Morris of Mission Viejo, California, who passed away on December 18, 2025, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Josephine Morris (George Grogan) and John J. Morris, Jr.; his sister Mary Eleanor Rogers; his niece Joanne Rogers; his nephew George Rogers; his sister-in-law Sandra Morris; and his grandson Ryan Harvey.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Germain Parkinson (Gerri); his children, Jacqueline Changala (Peter), Diana Gaines (Eric Wojner), Judith Jones and Richard Paul Morris (Reyna); and his siblings, Jacqueline Brangiforte (James) and John Morris. He is also survived by his twelve grandchildren and fifteen great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Richard's memory to the Pastoral Care Fund at Providence Mission Hospital Foundation. Checks should be payable to Providence Mission Hospital Foundation with the gift designated to the Pastoral Care Fund.
