He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary E. Kulmer Kulmer and Andy G. Kulmer. He is survived by: his wife Marie Vest Kulmer; his daughter Kirsten M. Kulmer (Ralph N. Kravitz); his grandchild Sebastien Kulmer-Firer (Alexandra Touch); and his great grandchildren, Maximilien Kulmer-Firer and Brandon Kulmer-Garza.
He suffered for several years from Alzheimer's disease.
