She was predeceased by : her parents, Spencer Underwood and Harriette Underwood (Hawk); her husband Donald L. Perkins; and her mother-in-law Patt Perkins. She is survived by : her sister Jane Eppes; her brother-in-law Keith Eppes; her brother JC Underwood; her sister-in-law Terri Price; her children, Kandi Presson (Ken) of Stockton, CA and Kenneth Allen of Modesto, CA; her grandchildren, Kevin Allen (Rachel) of Stockton, CA, Jennifer Fontana (Jake) of Redding, CA, Jenny Thomas (Curnell) of Orangevale, CA and Jason Gonzalez (Michelle) of Stockton Ca; her great grandchildren, Karionna Allen, Jacob Allen, Randall Allen, Robert Allen, Aaliyah Thomas, Jesse Roehl, Brandon Gonzalez and Andrew; her godson Oliver Bignelli; her brother Perry; and her siblings-in-law, Doris Jo and Tom Perkins (Cathy).
