She was predeceased by: her parents, Artie Elliott and Juanita Elliott (Manuel Yepez); her brothers, Leland and Jack Elliott; her husband Jimmy Montiel; her stepson James Montiel; her grandchild Breanne Rachelle Yepez; and her great great grandchild Israel Santana Argo.
She is survived by: her sister Donna Tuggle; her nieces and nephews, Jacqueline Mattes (Roger), David Tuggle, Gaye Valadez (Mark) and Philip Yepez (Brenda); her children, Chris, Richard, Eric Montiel and Debbie Montiel; and her grandchildren, Greg, Artie, Katie, Tim, Tessa, Tiffany, Connie, Leo, David, Robert, Justin, Tara, Alexis, Suzanne and Melissa.
Her commitment to service earned her a place in the Manteca-Lathrop Hall of Fame for her contributions to the community.
