He is survived by: his daughters, Michelle Vocke (Bill) and Bree Rhodes; his grandsons, Joseph Cameron Rhodes Murdock and Hunter Rhodes-Collins; and his sister Helen Polk. He is also survived by eight nephews; four nieces; many grand nieces and nephews; several great-grand nieces and nephews; and is further survived by other relatives and friends.
