“Cesar was a good friend from our teenage years at Yokota High School. When I came to the Bay Area as a poor Berkeley student, Cesar & his family welcomed & were so good to me. Many years passed but friends from the good old days in Japan saw each other periodically at get togethers. Catching up w Cesar was always a pleasure. Hard to believe Cesar has now passed on. My love & sympathy to his wife Debi, family, & all who loved him. He is a bright shining light in the heavens now.”
