Costa (Denise) of Modesto, California.; his sisters, Nazaré Martins of Quatro Ribeiras, Terceira, Azores, Maria Ludovina Costa of Feteira and Evangelina Costa of Quatro Ribeiras; his grandchildren, Emma Vakatini, Cristina Ayala (Adrian), Amanda Avila, Lindsey Ball (Eric), Brittanee Avila, Joey Costa (Melissa), Richie Medeiros (Lindsay), Samantha Costa (Lucas), Haley Costa, Jonathan Costa, Allyson Alderete and Eddy Alderete; and his great grandchildren, Christian Vakatini, Jackson Wycoff, Avery Vakatini, Brody Wycoff and Amelia Medeiros.
