He is survived by: his parents, Luís Teixeira Bento and Conceição Bento of Modesto, California; his siblings, Maria Silva (José) of Oakdale, Rosa Azevedo (João) of Modesto, California, Gilbert Bento (Anabela) of Los Banos and Albert Bento (Jessica) of Modesto, California; his godchildren, Lucas Bento, Mikaela Azevedo and Berenice Gallo; his granddaughter Maycie Olsen; and his aunts and uncles, Madalena Bento, Mariana Bento, Maria Reis, António Bento and Luzia Rodrigues. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
