He is survived by: his wife Shelly Perez; his stepmother Eleanor Perez; his children, Juan Perez, Jr. (Angela) and Alissa Perez; his grandchildren, Colten Perez, Derek Perez, Reagan Perez, Olive Perez, Mariah Meyer, Dylan Meyer and Juliet Meyer; his great grandchild Winter Miranda; and his siblings, Jimmy Perez, Hope Esperanza Cansino, Sylvia Perez, Gina Turner and Gary Perez. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, July 21st 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the Franklin & Downs Funeral Home - McHenry Chapel (1050 McHenry Ave, Modesto, CA 95350). A rosary was held on Monday, July 21st 2025 at 11:30 AM at the same location. A funeral service was held on Monday, July 21st 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
