She is survived by: her husband Greg Cook; her children, Ryan Cook (Sharron), Jamie Blocher and Kelly Eager; her niece Rhonda Walker; and her grandchildren, Brittany, Rowdy, Devin, Rashelle, Brian and Christine. She is also survived by her 4 great grandchildren, her extended family and many friends.
