She is survived by: her sister Caroline Kiev (Gary) of Afton, Virginia; her sons, Dale Phillips (Amy) of Turlock and Alan Phillips of Junction City, Oregon; her granddaughters, Melody Weathers (Andrew) of Sandy and Dara Johnson (Michael) of Colorado Springs, Colorado; and her great grandchildren, Cal Johnson, Phillip Johnson and Theodore Weathers.
