He is survived by: his wife Barbara Wiley; his sister Yvonne Rackley; his children, Troy Eugene Wiley, Teresa Patterson, Clara A. Wiley, Ruth Hand, Sharon Nease and Amy Uribe; Betty Jo Enis. He is also survived by many grandchildren, great nieces, nephews & friends.
