Sidney Gail Halvorson Obituary

We are sad to announce that on October 22, 2025 we had to say goodbye to Sidney Gail Halvorson of Modesto, California, born in Amarillo, Texas. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

Though Sidney may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Sidney touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Lubbock Rice and Helen Rice; and her daughter Jessica Brewster. She is survived by: her husband Kent Halvorson; her children, Jacquelyn Bridges, Britt Meyer (Greg), Erin Halvorson, Gavin Halvorson (Tonya) and Joey Halvorson; and her brother Michael Rice (Vickee).
