He was predeceased by: his parents, John Anthony Kocolas (Kokologiannis) and Antonia Kocolas (Vagionakis); and his sister Chryssi Kocolas. He is survived by: his nieces, Irene Kocolas and Antonia Fanourgiakis (John); his close friend Bea Knaapen; and his brother Jim Kocolas (Chryssi Kocolas). He is also survived by his nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews.
