He is survived by: his wife Sakuntala Naidu; his children, Vineel Naidu, Navneel Naidu, Tenesh Naidu, Shalvina Naidu and Elvina Naidu; his siblings, Prakash Chandra, Rajendra Rao, Pushpa Gopal, Saras Ratnam and Sushila Narain; and his granddaughter Saanvi Naidu Ram.
A funeral service was held on Monday, September 14th 2026 from 10:30 AM to 2:00 PM at the Turlock Funeral Home (425 N Soderquist Rd, Turlock, CA 95381).
