She is survived by: her daughters, Sharon Ayame Rubino (Michael) and Christine Izumi Shimizu Durso (Christopher Durso); her sister Mihoko Nakazono (Chinao) of Japan; and her nieces and nephews, Naho Oba (Seiji) of Japan and Takuro Nakazono of Japan.
A memorial service will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 at 10:30 AM at the L. A. Holiness Church (3660 S Gramercy Pl, Los Angeles, CA 90018).
