He was predeceased by: his parents, John Watt and Irma Watt; and his brother-in-law Dan Phillips. He is survived by: his children, Casey and Cory; his wife Cathy Elder; his siblings, Gordon Watt (Mary) of San Jose and Susan Phillips of Atascadero; his nieces, Catherine Foley (Stephen) and Amanda Watt; his nephew Daniel Phillips; and his great-nephews, Stephen and Thomas Foley. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, and many cousins.
A funeral service will be held on Friday, July 25th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the San Carlos Cathedral (500 Church St, Monterey, CA 93940).
