With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Anna Apostrofe (Monterey, California), born in San Jose, California, who passed away on April 22, 2026 at the age of 93. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Vincenzo Costa and Vicenta Costa; her husband Alfred; her daughter Vicki; and her brother Frank.
She is survived by: her daughters, Mary Ann (Mario) and Annette (Pete); her grandchildren, Nicholas (Rachel), Jon, Adam, Marisa (Shae), Peter (Julia), Stephen (Karina) and Ali (Carter); and her great grandchildren, Mckenzie, Madison, Forest and Carmine.
Donations in her memory may be made to Hospice of the Central Coast or to San Carlos Cathedral.
