He is survived by : his wife Mary Rivas, his grandchildren, Marlena, Mallory, Andrew and Benjamin Henry; his children, Julie Cabeza and Benjamin Dominguez Jr. his son-in-law Leonel; and his sister Rebecca Fitzpatrick.
