He was predeceased by: his parents, Rodolfo Gutierrez and Maria of Socorro Diaz; and his brothers, Howard and Rudy Gutierrez. He is survived by: his siblings, Victor, Albert, Rosa, Bertha, Patsy, Joe, George, Johnny, Lizzy, Lupe and Helen. He is also survived by his family friends.
