He was predeceased by: his parents, John Bolton and Ethel Niebling Bolton; and his siblings, Patricia Ann Kopp and John Edward Bolton Jr.. He is survived by: his son Bruce David Bolton Jr. (Martin); his grandson Aiden Keeku; his sisters, Judith Taber (Doug) and Barbara Bolton; April Keeku. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
