He was predeceased by : his son Ruben Rodriguez; and his parents, Juanita Rodriguez and Emiliano Rodriguez. He is survived by : his children, Gabriel, Alexander, Willie, Emelio, Paul Rodriguez and Patricia Urban (Henry).

Visitation was held on Thursday, April 25th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Lima Family Erickson Memorial Chapel (710 Willow St, San Jose, CA 95125). A vigil service was held on Thursday, April 25th 2024 at 6:00 PM at the same location. A funeral Mass was held on Friday, April 26th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Our Lady of Guadalupe Church (2020 E San Antonio St, San Jose, CA 95116). A burial was held on Friday, April 26th 2024 at the Calvary Catholic Cemetery (2650 Madden Ave, San Jose, CA 95116).
