He was predeceased by : his parents, Joyce Elaine Warner and Richard Lawrence Johnson; and his brothers, Ricky Johnson and Eric Johnson. He is survived by : his wife Janet Johnson (Usilton); his children, Neal Johnson, Honalee Johnson, Trevor Johnson and Julianna Johnson; and his brother Larry Johnson. He is also survived by six grandchildren.
