He was predeceased by: his parents, Joan Marie Neal and Harry Clayton Neal. He is survived by: his wife Denise; his daughters, Emily, Kate and Melissa Jo; his grandchildren, Katelyn, McKenzie and Maze; his siblings, Randy (Joyce Yates), Lynne Chambers, Lisa (Fred Yates Callison), Julie (Scott Selleck) and Ann Neal (Aaron Levi); and his aunt Donna Neal. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
