He is survived by: his wife Connie; his daughters, Vicki Headley (Anthony) and Lori Bolton (John); his grandchildren, Robbie Headley (Piper), Ally Headley, Catalina Salberg, JJ Salberg and LJ Salberg; his great grandchildren, Quinn and Carson Headley; and his siblings, Aiko Miyamoto (Tom), Yuri "Beverly" Hiura (Paul), Emi Nakatsu (Hubert), Tom Uchiyama (Linda), Joanne Ikeda (Jake) and Michael Uchiyama (Alicia).
Viewing will be held on Saturday, September 26th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Darling & Fischer (231 E Campbell Ave, Campbell, CA 95008). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, September 26th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location. A reception will be held on Saturday, September 26th 2026 at 2:00 PM at 35 S Second St, Campbell, CA 95008.
